As humans, we possess incredible hidden strengths that can guide us toward rediscovering the light in our lives. Often, it just takes the right person to help us uncover what we can’t see on our own. My approach to therapy is collaborative and tailored to each individual. Together, we’ll create a plan that focuses on achievable goals, allowing you to take meaningful steps forward—one at a time.

My passion for mental health counseling stems from my own experiences overcoming personal challenges, including substance use disorder and OCD, through therapy. I understand how difficult and overwhelming it can feel when mental health struggles seem to take control. My ultimate goal is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel empowered to reclaim joy, serenity, and autonomy in your life. I believe hope is never truly lost and am dedicated to helping you rediscover your dreams and transform them into reality. There’s nothing more fulfilling to me than witnessing clients regain purpose, direction, and fulfillment in their everyday lives.

I specialize in working with adults (18+) navigating challenges such as substance use disorders, anxiety, OCD, compulsions, adjustment challenges, "quarter-life crisis", behavior change and life transitions. I hold a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of Houston-Clear Lake and began my professional journey in January 2023 during my practicum internship.

My practice is rooted in an eclectic approach, drawing heavily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Humanistic Therapy, with integrated techniques from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Solution-Focused Therapy. This flexibility allows me to adapt our work to your unique needs and goals.
Beyond traditional therapy modalities, I enjoy using my background in visual arts by incorporating creative activities into sessions to help clients connect with their inner creativity and strengths to develop new coping strategies. My commitment to professional growth means I consistently engage in workshops and advanced training to bring innovative techniques into my practice.
